PROJECTS

Objective: Designing and Assestion the efficiency of PHB/Ag Nanocomposites based on antifouling

coating.

Explanation: Antifouling technology has established in close association with increase maritime

transportation of people and cargo. PHB can be used as an effective antifoulant measure include use of

their nanocomposite coatings on vessel hulls to avert the settlement of micro organism. PhB

Nanocomposites can be synthesized from the marine microbes to deleneate the effect of marine

biofouling system using metal coupons. So phb can be used for development of environmental less

harmful non toxic antifoulant.
