Verify the NPD part supplier PPAP document with IQC team

Verify the NPD part layout inspection as per drawing.

Analysis for NPD Parts Process and Product critical parameters

Poka-Yoke Audit, Process Audit (QCPC, OS, FMEA& CLIA) & conducting System Audit.

Develop the NPD part assembly in manufacturing lines.

Rejection parts analysis and implementing effective action.

DRM conducting and updating communication about current status project.

PPAP sample build

PPAP documents preparation and get approval from customer.

Handover the project to production line.

Handle PPAP documents retained
