A.Cost Estimating

-Review and interpreting of Project Specification from ITB which needed to be part of Bid.

-Develop Estimate Plan, methodologies and strategy to produce cost estimate into proper WBS.

B.Cost Control

-Develop Budget setting & Target setting (Forecasting) cost preparation once the project award.

-Preparing Project control procedure and methodology based on awarded contract type.

-Carries out comparison between the project budget and the project cost forecast and prepares project expenditure cost trend analysis

-Analyze the cost variance by monthly and inform the project status performance Project Manager.

-Control the Project expenditure by doing check estimate for BM/BQ, and updating for Risk Analysis periodically for contingency analyses.

-Submit Monthly Cost report, Man hour report and Project Management report by determined the Earn Value Management as guidelines of Project Performance.

-Taking part to proceed the potential Change Order together with PMT from identifying the change, submit the change notification, preparing Change Order proposal, making negotiation and get approval from Client.

Client : Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco)

Description : Complete development of new Gas Separation Plant (GSP) to collect well fluid from trunk lines and separate into three components: Raw Gas; Condensate; and Produced Water.

I. Replacement Joy Compressor Poject

Location : Bahrain Refinery, Kingdom Of Bahrain Manama Kingdom Of Bahrain

Client : The Bahrain Petroleum Company BSC. (Closed)

Description : Replacing the existing Joy Air Compressors with two (2) electric-motor driven centrifugal compressors (one operating and other standby) with capacity of each corresponding to 2300 SCFM dry air (at the outlet of air dryer). Two (2) air dryers (one operating and other standby) shall be provided in the downstream of compressors together with water cooling set-up, necessary instrumentation and piping.

II. Urea Formaldehyde (UF-85) Project

Location : Sitra Island, Kingdom Of Bahrain

Client : Gulf Petrochemical Industry Company (B.S.C.)

Description : Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of a 22 MTPD Urea Formaldehyde (UF-85) Plant including all the auxiliary systems required to constitute a complete working system.
