More than 20 years of experience in the fields of procurement, contract and project management. 2.2 Arbitration & Disputes Solving Experiences
1. Represent YWC in Dispute Adjudication sessions that related to the project of Supply and installation of different diameter pipes in Ramtha area, 4 disputes raised by the Contractor Muthalath and Solved by the DAB, the value of the project was 10 M US$.
2. Represent YWC in Arbitration that related to the project of Supply and installation of different diameter pipes in Mafraq governorate, 7 Claims were conceded and the contractor requested 9.8 M US$ and wins only 1.3 M.
3. Represented YWC in other amicable settlements for smaller values.
4. Participate in analyzing of many VOs and Claims related to different types of projects.
