Key Achievements

Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Bingham Group Services Corporation ("BGS"). "BGS" was a Third Party Administrator ("TPA") and Managing General Agency ("MGA") in the business of creating, marketing and administrating Group Creditor Insurance (including mortgage insurance) and Guaranteed Asset Protection ("GAP") Insurance in the retail automotive, heavy truck/equipment and mortgage market spaces in Canada. Started in 2008 with 4 staff and grew to 20 full-time staff with another 40 Independent Contractors in 2016. BGS Consistently grew premium sales, year after year, by a minimum of 25%. Utilizing its captive sales force, independent Contractors and Broker/Dealer networks BGS grew total sales, since inception, to over $157M in premium sales (aggregate sales amount) in 2016.

Co-Founder and Co-Owner of ASM Group Venture Inc. ("ASM"). ASM is a TPA creating, marketing and administering financial Guaranteed Asset Protection ("GAP") Insurance in the retail Automotive and Heavy Truck/Equipment market spaces in Canada (excluding QC).

Worked exclusively with a number of major Insurance Companies in Canada (Great West Life, Canada Life, Co-operators, Standard Life, Unity Life, Foresters Life, Sovereign General, SSQ Life and Blue Cross) in the full development of various insurance products. This work also included the negotiations on product development with Actuaries, Underwriters and General Counsel. Worked with various Senior Management (i.e. Presidents, CEOs, VPs, Directors, etc) in successfully negotiating both BGS and ASM TPA Agreements. Created (with Foresters Life Insurance Company) Canada's first "simplified" and "guaranteed issue" mortgage insurance product with a benefit amount of $500,000.

Hired and worked with Senior I.T. Programmers to develop proprietary, state-of-the-art, "front-end" systems (i.e. Dealer and Broker delivery portals for all consumer point-of-sale transactions) and "back-end" administration systems (including all month-end reporting requirements for in-house purposes & external Partner’s requirements).

Built a Bilingual Administrative team that consisted of 10 full time permanent administration positions responsible to service over 20,000 policy holders across Canada as well as support a captive sales force, independent contractors and Dealer/Broker networks.

Built up a distribution network that consisted of 2500+ points of sale through the Finance and Insurance offices ("F&I") in the Heavy Truck / Equipment and Automotive Dealerships. Also directly connected over 2000 Mortgage Brokers to our mortgage insurance program through our online delivery system.
