SO#’s (service orders) are created by the account POC’s and Vertical POC’s for the demands in their projects.

Based on the demand suitable profiles gets shared from PDP & CDP for internal evaluation

Demand Vs. Supply varies on a daily \ weekly basis and the relevant COE POC’s from the account teams are updated on a timely basis on the open demands tagged against COE Service line and the positions closed with the supply in hand.

Since this group has experts who have experience in niche skills the profiles are shared based on the criticality of the projects.

Associates who get selected internally will have to then through the client interview post which allocation gets approved in system.

Resourcing, allocation & release requests are performed with the help of internal portal called Cdeploy.

Allocations are approved in Cdeploy based on the details shared by the account POC’s

Initiating department transfers internally within AIM service lines and Verticals has to undergo approvals from the COE TSC Representatives.

For initiating department transfers & Release requests the concern sub-department POC’s will have to share the details in a prescribed format

Release requests (including movement from project to bench, leave PDP (Maternity\Medical) & FF (Fast Forward - is an internal training program usually given for cross training or upgrading skills)) are performed based on the request from the account POC’s

The details shared gets verified and approved and shared with the SS team further processing.

The new joiners to COE and the associate details for whom the department transfers got initiated should get uploaded in internal portal for service lines which is the ops portal.

Here any inclusion or deletion of associate details needs to be updated on a daily basis as this portal is directly used by the account team for getting the head count for their relevant sub-departments within COE

Scheduled separate calls on a weekly basis with the COE leads and the POC’s to understand and meet the demand requirements

As I was the single POC for COE, was involved in all the calls with TAG team including the weekly new joiner’s status calls with respect to AIM COE Vertical.

Trained new joiners in the team with the complete process and the policies in place

Many ideas been shared during the reviews with ops team and implemented for the smooth processing with respect to the COE and for other verticals \ SL for AIM.

This has reduced the time involved in resourcing and the daily transactional works.

NA & India Background Verification – HR Shared Services team

Role involves performing Client Background verification through vendor portal for the associates in NA and for India location.

BG request received from the client teams for the existing associates from India & NA location.

Based on the Client package BG request get placed through the vendor portals.

Once the associates share the details in the vendor site. The Background verification gets started.

The status of the request will be captured and shared to the account teams on a weekly basis.

Job profile includes addressing mails received from account teams, sharing status updates through mails, sharing reports of completed cases based on request from the account team and generating certificates based on account team’s request.

If the documents shared are not sufficient to clear the discrepancy. Reporting the same to the client and the legal team for further action.

Monitoring vendor performance on daily basis and share the dashboards with the respective teams(India)

Handling BGV vendors for case closures on time for both India & NA Location

Payroll & Benefits Shared Services team

Key contributor in NA Payroll processing and Query handling process.

Handling US payroll process & Query Management Process for all Cognizant Business entities in North America.
