Verification of correctness of welding consumables (electrode, filler wires, gases, fluxes etc) with respect to applicable WPS.

Verification that adequate and valid welder approvals are available and that only approved

welders as required are used in production.

Conducting all NDT, mechanical, QC inspections and creating inspection records and getting signed from all relevant parties and sending properly to document or record control department.

Coordination with Client and third party inspection personals during their surveillances, witnessing and visiting.

To attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings and QA/QC feedback to management.
