Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensures day to day administration needs are fulfilled. Manage all filing, records related to MD/GM's offices.
• Maintains confidentiality of Management Policies.
• Prepare memo and letter as assigned by MD/GM. Extends support to other Dept.
• Arranging GTC / Management / Board Meetings taking minutes and preparing reports.
• Handles telephone calls, booking enquiries relative to memberships / corporate bookings / contractors enquiries.
• Keeping abreast of all the club's activities and publicizing as necessary by notices and SMS.
