• Participation in Auctions, nationally and internationally for bidding of Raw material (Tea, Milk

& Spices)

• Buying Tea & Milk with international Vendors (Kenya, Indonesia, Srilanka, Bangladesh China

& Holland)

• Communicate with Local & International vendors to ensure that the business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times

• Established Whole Supply Chain for Spices business launched in 2015; negotiating contracts with Suppliers and Vendors

• Established SRM and Order Fulfillment process with Supply Sites delivering above 98% OTIF for the region. Delivered Rs. 40.3 million inventory reduction through Value Stream Mapping projects and meeting inventory Targets
