Develop and implement employee performance review system.

Train and coach line managers on how to coduct effective performance reviews.

Identify training needs, develop training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.

Develop and recommend and on-job trainings, formal and informaltraining programs. Employee Relations

Drive employee relations practices that deliver a positive employer-employee relationship, a high performance culture, workforce capability and a high level of employee engagement.

Ensure effective communication mechanism is in place. Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence continuous improvement of employees experience.

Consult and respond to employee complaints and conflicts in a professional manner.

Manage employee satisfaction / engagement surveys and take necessary actions for improvement & enhacement of processes.
