JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

RIS (Receiving inspection standard) preparation for New Parts/ New sources (Excel Format).

Inspection Plan uploading in SAP (As per RIS).

Review of: Flash report response / Deviation tracking / Rework

Supplier PPM calculation/ Verification.

Verification of test reports - related to incoming parts.

Conducting Manufacturing Process and Product audit periodically to reduce process and product characteristics variation.

Raising QPR and receiving counter measures for Inline issues.

Report submission for quality issues and measurable steps to rectify.

Reduction in Customer PPM and Internal PPM by using QC tools like Pareto analysis, 5-Why analysis, Cause & effect diagram, control chart etc.

Analyzing customer complaints and coordinating for customer audits.

Effective team member with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Conducting Process capability study for critical characteristics (F and S Parameters).

Assembly parts layout inspection and Status monitoring.

To analyze the field return parts, take improvement action through the Design & Development – ECR and Process PED and report submission.

Approval of FIR both supplier & customer.

Immediate response for Customer complaints / Customer related things.

Calibration of all In-house checking instruments.
