Responsible for fabrication,assembly and erection of 2200 MT Steel structure for a retail mall.

5.INCO Engineering works OMAN(From April 2012 to November 2013) as Site Manager.

Fabrication and erection of steel structures for various buildings in steel melting and rolling plants comprising 7000 MT.The job involved erection of building structures for FERRO ALLOY,SCRAP YARD,PIPE RACKS .Erection and alignment of crane girders,cranes as per BS 1090 standards,entire cooling tower package including lamination of cooling fill packs, structures of fume treatment plant,day bins,MH de-dusting package,conveyors storage tanks and silos .Our client JINDAL SHADEED STEEL,SOHAR for their SMS PLANT.

6.Tanmia for oil and constructions YEMEN (From April 2011 to March 2012) as Fabrication manager.

Till March 2012 was in Yemen as senior manager for T a n m i a for oil and construction limited. Taking care of all fabrication and erection of steel structures,pipe racks, piping, tanks and all civil works in the area water treatment unit, pipeline for fire water systems, erection of all equipments. My team strength down the line is 250.

7.Progressive constructions SUDAN(From April 2010 to March 2011) as Senior Manager.

worked in Sudan previously as sr. manager in M/s progressive constructions, a Hyderabad based company,taken up project in sudan,4x125 MW power plant project involving 7500 tonne fabrication and erection at K o s t i site .The entire structure is a built up structure without using hot rolled sections .built up structure is fabricated by saw welding technology. BHEL(India) are the main contractors.28000 Sq.mt. cladding work also done .Handling 350 labours including site Engineers, QC engineers, safety, stores, purchase, camp officer, qualified 6G,4G,welders.arranging radiography testing,liquid penetration test etc. as per tender specifications .Also handled civil works efficiently. Preparing method statements, job safety analysis, risk assessment, lifting plans,Critical Lifting plans. Conversant with all HSE norms, hot work, height work, confined work procedures.

8.From Apr.2009 to mar. 2010 as Sr. Manager for Al F a r a a steel Constructions, Dubai (industrial building).

Worked as erection manager for multilevel(B+G+10) accommodation project in Jabelali industrial area,Dubai.

The total tonnage was 6000 mt and 42000 sq.mt.floor decking which also consisted of 56000 nos .stud welding.

The project was completed in 1 year time with 80 labours including a foreman,engineer and qc supervisor.

Fabrication was done at our yard as per design approved by client and connection design by our design team.

Floor concreting was done with200/8 sq .mesh and 200 mm thick.

9.FromJun’2008 to Mar’2009 as Superintendent for Al- R e y a m iSteel Constructions, Qatar (smelter plant).

Detailing and fabrication was done in dubai yard and erection was done in Qatar for FATA EPC contractors for an aluminium smelter plant comprising 7500 Mt for three buildings anode baking plant,cast house and storage plant.33000sq.mt.roofing and wall cladding using double skin multi colour sheet on top,glasswool blanket and gi coated sheet below.the project was completed in 9 months duration with a team of 4 site engineers,2 qc engineers,1safetyofficer,1storekeeper,1accountant,10foremen,200labors( riggers,welders,erectors etc ),all certified,meeting with client,panning,scheduling,coordinating with contractors,arranging equipments for erection,monitoring project site budget,organizing 3rd.party inspections for equipments,stuctural materials erected,submission of bills and claims and other site related responsibilities assigned by our company.

10.FromJan’2008 to May’2008 as Project Engineer M o h m m a d- al M o j i l Group, Saudi Arabia(oil and gas).

Involved in erection of hot dip galvanised piperack structures for saudikayan petrochemical project,Jubail.

Total tonnage 1850 and the job was completed in 5 months including civil foundation works.

Attending client meeting,coordination with different contractors,organizing equipment and manpower required for executing the job till handing over of the site,submission of all required reports and document as required by the client,billing as per boq,claims for the delay and additional works,inspection and quality and hse monitoring as per standards and guidelines stipulated in the contract by raising rfi’s at required stages which were the main attaching documents for claiming payments.

11.FromMay’2007 to Nov’2007 as Structural engineerfor D y w i d a g, Saudi Arabia (oil and gas).

Involved in fabrication and erection of peb steel buildings for pumphouse,mechanical workshop,generator

room,compressorroom,canteenhall,exhibitionhall,steel structure with expanded galvanized mesh for power house,erection of gratings(3000 sq.mt.),erection of grp structures including lamination and erection of cooling fill pack for cooling tower having discharge rate 150000 cu.mt per hour from 4 cooling tower,roofing and cladding.

Involved in fabrication and erection of automatic rolling shutters,collapsible gates,window screens,awnings,

Rooftop screens,ornamental gates,cast iron gates,hand rails,grills,doors and windows and many other fabrication jobs apart from heavy steel structures peb steel buildings,multicolour coated roof sheets and cladding,parking structures using fabrics,automatic large screens using Ferrari and pvc glass fabrics for windows large areas glass glazing’s and skylights of various sizes at heights.
