Supports the CEO by performing an array of duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment.

Supports the CEO in family and household affairs(kids, household staff salary & household budget)

Prepares correspondence, reports and presentations.

Arranges and schedule appointments of the CEO.

Performs a full range of complex secretarial and clerical duties, such as:

Scheduling meetings of the CEO

Meeting logistics, material preparation, agenda, meals, notes and other action items.

Receiving and screening calls and visitors.

Routing calls to appropriate party but ensuring proper screening of calls prior to transferring to person concerned. Taking messages and caller’s information case concerned party is not available to take the call.

Ensuring that no confidential information is disclosed without approval from the CEO.

Informing the CEO on emergency concerns such as issues related to business, personal concerns and family of the CEO.

Filing, maintaining and safe keeping of department documents including personal transactions of the CEO.

Making travel arrangements (visa application, hotel and ticket booking, airport transfers) for the CEO and family as well as completing travel expense report.

Using word processing and other computer software packages and mainframe applications (such as MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and Business objects)

Monitoring and requesting of payments for credit cards, mobile phones and club dues of the CEO.

Maintains CEO calendar of appointments.

Sets up and maintain confidential files.

Provides administrative support to other executives as requested and as approved by the CEO.

Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the CEO.
