Provide leadership and direction as Night Auditor reporting to Finance Manager of Safeer Hotels Group. The Golden Group of Companies having business interest in Trading, Manufacturing, Construction and Hotel Industries, Real Estate and Investment & Financing co.
Responsible for ensuring that all charges of the day have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account.
Make sure that all physical cash, foreign currency if any and matching the same with system cash summary.
To check the refund for the day if any and same has been given properly by matching the signature on the refund receipt with the reg card signatures.
Ensure that all the check outs of the day along-with reg card, LPO and guest folio and also to check for the late check-out, all charges and extra have been posted such as rate for the day, it has to be accordance with the rate contract, restaurant bill, telephone, laundry, internet, airport pick & drop etc.
Surprise check for the vacant rooms, sleep out rooms and to compare the same with Housekeeping records.
Handle the tasks of ensuring that all food and beverage outlets are balanced.
Make sure that all miscellaneous and front office charges as well as adjustments have been posted and balanced out.
