Announcing for tenders among contractors and suppliers for all hotel assets

Studying the offers technically with electro mechanic consultant, to focus on the technical defects of the quotations, then calling the contractors to discuss the drawings and corrections needed to accept their offers, then collecting the amended offers to be discussed again and getting the consultant final approval on the offers technically.

Negotiating with the short list accepted contractors and suppliers to get the best prices among the technically accepted offers.

Issuing the contracts and following the approval of the legal consultant as well as the financial consultant, on the contracts draft, before issuing the final contract which will be signed by the owner and the bidder.
