INDUSTRIAL HOUSE KEEPING:

Day to day observation on cleanliness, Ventilations, Floor Area, Material Stacking, Painting of Scrap Materials, Electrical Wires & Fittings.

MECHANICAL, AND FIRE SAFETY:

Having keen observation on Guards to the Machineries for belts, Pullies, Couplings, Gear wheels and other rotating bodies.

Whether point to operation covered and ensure as safe.

Layouts & Arrangements of Tools and Equipment’s.

Keeping Condition of Machines in good order.

Effective care on Maintenance of Machines and tools, Conditions of hand tools and electrical tools.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENTS (PPE):

Maintaining the quality and quantity of PPE .

Issuing and Training to the usage of PPE to the employees, sub contractors and visitors.

Giving much concentration for Preservation, maintenance and storage of PPE.

EFFECTIVE EMERGENCY SERVICES:

Maintaining the First Aid Box with appropriate medicines in all shifts.

Keeping the suitable fire extinguishers with more than sufficient effective working conditions.
