IBIS International Banking Information System. In IBIS I handled mainly two applications IBIS ROI (Republic of Ireland) and IBIS NI (Northern Ireland).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working on Service requests and ensuring quick action to fix the issue.

Working on Incidents and ensuring its does not breach the SLA.

Investing the issue occurring time and again and fixing permanently by writing codes to fix up the issue.

Creating reports from AS400 system as per customer need and supplying them.

Monitoring the jobs are running without any issue.

Sending daily morning report for Start of the Day (SOD) Checks, to ensure there is no issue in the system.

Analysis of the programs and documentation.

Doing payment unblocks whenever payment got stuck in the middle of transaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We get raw criminal data from Admin of Courts and Department Of Court from US. We write Conversion programs in RPG to convert those data’s in readable format.

Issues raised in database and RPG and done by analysis.

Writing the RPG codes & fixing the issues programmatically.

Analysis of RPG, CL programs to find out the issues raised by users.

Client Discussion involving gathering of Business requirement, Preparing Business Requirement document (BRD), code development and delivery to onsite.

Taking Ownership on the task and involve the team as well to finish the same on the given time frame.

Documenting the process flow as well as project details required for future references for both offshore and onshore.
