Responsible for registering internal and external documents and control the document registers.

Vendor data registering (VDC), circulating and tracking of documents, in house drawing and documents.

Registering, Monitoring and issuing the archival documents.

Filing and superseding of documents / drawings

Safe custody and Issuing of all Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment such as H2S Monitor, Camera, Measuring Tape, Helmet etc.,

HSE External Training Course booking arranged and records are updated and maintained in Training Matrix. Internal Online training courses are monitored and arranged on regular basis. Assist the New Employee for internal safety training and Employee orientation program.

Maintain and update Divisional Monthly QHSE Report and Project QHSE Records.

Prepare and Monitor Journey Management and Records are maintained separately for PDO, OXY, OGC and for other contracts as per the compliance.

Maintain records of all accidents and incident investigation reports and advice the personnel and report online to the Head office in UK

Assisting and coordinating the ISO 9001-2008, 14001-2004, 29001-2010, 18001-2007 Audit Requirements.

Co ordinate and issued Controlled Engineering Contract Plan and Transmittal for Engineering Contract Quality Plan.

Meter Reading updating on monthly basis and Graphical Representation of LEPP are maintained and Displayed in notice board and report to Head office.

Monthly Office HSE Inspection is done and records maintained. Assist in the conduct of inspections and assessments

Vehicle Records are updated and maintained on regular bases.

Issuance and Updating of PPE, Records are maintained.

Preparing Purchase order and verify invoices with our records and maintain document.

Update First Aid box and co ordinate with the First Aiders and Fire Warden and update records. Display First Aider and Fire Warden List on notice board. Fire Drill and Emergency co ordination are done timely.

Assist the Manager for health & hygiene inspection and awareness are provided to the staff and when required records are maintained.

Food and hygiene inspections are done on monthly basis and records are well maintained.

Electrical Appliance Inspection is done and records are maintained regularly.

Actively participate in Clean Office Drill. Clean drive checklist are updated and records are very well maintained.

Inspect and update all notice boards on daily basis and advice the concern to post safety symbols policy statements wherever required.
