1. Worked as a Pre-opening General Manager -Laundry and Projects at Inter Emirates group since 01st April-2017 to 03rd December-2019 Dubai (UAE),

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for entire Operation for the group such as “Laundry Plant, Retail Laundry outlets, Bakery, Facility management (Building maintenance

& Housekeeping) and Hotels & Restaurant was part of upcoming project. 2. Was reporting directly to the company chairman. 3. Hiring talented associates, taking Interviews, training them as per the world class standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Joined as an Assistant Laundry Manager on 25th Jan-2012 and progress to Cluster Laundry Manager for R-Holding group’s R-Hotels (under the franchise of Wyndham Hotels).

2. Direct in charge for Laundry department (HOD) and was reporting to the Cluster General Manager.

3. Attending daily HODs morning briefing and assigned tasks from the management such as a Duty manager, Management Committee etc! 4. Managed Laundry Department with total 26 Laundry Associates plus 02 Drivers.

5. Taking care of new hiring, internal associates promotions etc. 6. Maintaining the high quality standards as per the Hotel SOP. Within the Budget.

7. Was conducting Departmental training for the laundry associates according to the hotel SOP. For their self-improvement & for the Team building. Monthly training reports forwarding to the Training and Human resources department.

8. Monitoring closely all the admin job in the laundry Department & submitting monthly production report to Finance department before the deadlines.

9. Was working closely with all the other departments, followed strongly with engineering team, contracted AMC. for the maintenance and Purchasing team for the supplies etc..

10. Good in laundry Business Development, Operations and was managing outside Hotel’s laundry contracts.

11. Worked closely with Director of Finance for yearly forecast, budget & capital Equipment requests etc.
