I Worked under the Quality Assurance Manager learning about the SOPs, how documentation is being done, I also spent some time in the Quality control department where the quality of the drugs is being tested before marketed, I also worked in the microbiological lab where we culture the drugs just to be sure that no microbes that would be harmful to the health of the consumers are present before giving approval to the next stage of assuring top quality.

I worked under the storekeeper for a while and I learnt how to handle customers despite their different attitude and temperaments.
