PROFILE
As a servant leader and strategic census builder in the skilled nursing/long term care arena, I have a broad scope of practice in the industry for the last eight years. Some of my previous roles include serving as a Nursing Home Social Services Director, Program Manager, Hospital Case Manager, Home Health/Hospice Alternate Administrator, and a finance debt collector. Each opportunity afforded me a solid experience and knowledge base to serve as an effective Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator providing strong oversight both clinically and financially. Visibility in the facility is the cornerstone of my work, while ensuring state and federal regulations are followed. I am adaptable to different environments, proficient in delivering clear/concise communication, while building effective connections to help fulfill the mission of the respective organization. My goal is to serve nursing home residents, both short term and long-term care, with the best care they deserve to live their best quality of life always.
