KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report to Hotel Manager, in-charge of the house keeping department

Co-ordinate with contractors and suppliers for their outmost service provide to hotel as per brand standard

Works effectively with others departments for top VIP arrival for their contribution e.g. Engineering, Front desk & food & beverage department

Supervise the property on daily basis for daily cleaning and deep cleaning schedule

Quarterly arrange Inventories OS, uniform and linen to have enough par stock available in operation and summit inventories to the management.

Assists in supervision of daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures

Co-ordinate with material department for direct purchase, renewal contracts, delivery and pending orders

Supports and supervise an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public areas

Analyze guest feedback for the corrective action and continues improvement plan to be implemented

Active member of the Green Key program

Participated to the room’s renovation project by converting the 55 units of 2 bedrooms into deluxe and one bedroom

Plan and execute the projects from the management to meet the deadline

Control all housekeeping equipment has to make sure the associates handling machine in good condition and in a safe environment.
