WORK EXPERIENCE

Ninjacart (63 Ideas Pvt ltd)

About Ninjacart : An Agro based supply chain platform which connects farmers and retailers. Position: Executive – Supply Chain Projects

Working since 2019 till present

CTC : 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Worked cities : Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Chennai Projects at Ninjacart :

Pickup closure project :

Position: Core member

o As Ninjacart is delivering the goods on time but it is facing problem in picking back the crates and cash at on time. So this projects is all about to streamline the Pickup closure.

Return Logistics project:

Position: Team Lead

o As we have 15% to 20 % of returns stocks from the costumer our major moto here is to stream line return logistics.

FML & MML project:

Position: Team Lead

o As we are running on seven cities we are not able to focus on FML & MML on time arrival and dispatches but it cost a lot at the end. This project is all about understanding the existing flow and suggesting a new idea and enabling the new flow.

MDC project:

Position: Core member

o This the new model of supply chain implemented in all seven cities at Ninjacart. I involved in Chennai, Bengaluru & Mumbai city project because these cities a major customer base.

FC Model change project:

Position: Core member

Changed FC model in Bengaluru and Mumbai.

Cost handling:

Position: Team Lead

In the beginning of the change of the model, we faced major problem in cost handling for the payment to the vehicle vendors, this case majorly exist in Mumbai.

Crates handling project (Chennai):

Position: Core member

Developed a product for crates handling for Chennai as we loosing 2500 crates per day. Though it is success but it doesn’t gives more visibility. So I proposed idea of RFID launching at MDC for all the cities but in beginning we are asked to test with home city.

RFID implementation project (Bengaluru):

Position: Core member

Change in the model from DC to MDC gives more stability in the operations (Converting 11 DC to 107 MDC with 11 MMDC), but only thing that we had to concentrate here is crates as we are missing around 15000 crates in all the seven cities per day(around 3500 crates in Bengaluru per day). We launched couple of products here though we are getting back the crates but it doesn’t gives more visibility so we went for RFID implementation at MMDC and MDC. MMDC:

Position: Team Lead

I was asked to lead MMDC RFID implementing at Bengaluru, this is more important because based on the success of the MMDC implementing only we can propose for MDC RFID implementing. Lost bugs, errors and need of support product in the beginning stage, but we made it at the end. MDC:

Position: Core member

Here the only challenge we faced was to give training to 107 employees along with 300 labours, going forward we want labours to do this RFID flow so we are asked to work on the product to make it simple and stable. It took days to stable the product and clear all the bugs, in the implementation is success.

MMDC RFID implementation Chennai:

Position: Project trainer

I was asked to select a team and give training for that team for Chennai RFID implementation, but the team actually wanted a practical training session so went live with the product at MMDC in Chennai. ACADEMIC RECORD
