A. PROJECT NAME : JK Cements, Mangrol(Rajasthan)

CLIENT : JK Cements, Mangrol(Rajasthan)

Served as TRAINEE ENGINEER in AYOKI CEMBOL PRIVATE LIMITED later got appointed as a SITE ENGINEER for the period of 15 months from 2013 September to 2014 October.

- Assembly and Erection of ESP Casings and Hoppers.

- Construction of Belt Conveyors from Crusher house to Raw mill Hopper.

- Construction of Various Structures in Raw mill and Cement mill area.

- Site measurement, Preparation of Bills, Daily out turn etc.

- Submission of weekly bills and monthly bills.

Ayoki did entire Mechanical erection, fabrication and commissioning of this project in a span of 2 years. Drawings are from FL Smidth and Thyssenkurup respectively. Ayoki did a record erection of 500MT kiln with just two and half hours. Project value is 60 crores.

B. PROJECT NAME : Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Kochin

CLIENT : ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited, Delhi

Served as SITE ENGINEER in AYOKI CEMBOL PRIVATE LIMITED for the period of 1 year from 2014 October to 2015 October.

- Assembly and Erection of De-Aerator Columns and its Platforms.

- Erection De-Aerator Tanks.

- Construction of Various Structures in 2x250 TPH Boilers.

- Erection and Alignment of Skids and Pumps in Boiler area.

C. PROJECT NAME : 3x25mw Captive Power Plant, Tanzania

CLIENT : Dangote Industries Limited, Tanzania

Served as SITE ENGINEER in AYOKI FABRICON PRIVATE LIMITED for the period of 17 months from 2015 November to 2017 April.

- Assembly and Erection of Boiler Columns, Ties and Bracing.

- Erection and Alignment of WTP Tanks.

D. PROJECT NAME : 2x3000TPD Cement Grinding Unit, Ivory Coast

CLIENT : Dangote Industries Limited, Ivory Coast

This project is an EPC based. Here Ayoki did overall Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work comprising 3 cement silos and a clinker silo, 2 cement mill units with 6 packers and 8 loaders. Being an EPC project the overall civil design was done by Ayoki and Steel was procured from Ghana, China and some in locally at Ivory Coast.

Serving as PLANNING ENGINEER in AYOKI FABRICON PRIVATE LIMITED since 2017 April.

- Assembly and Erection of PEB Columns, Ties and Bracing.

- Erection and Alignment of stacked and reclaimer.
