Role: QA Program Lead

Worked on multiple projects/scrum teams simultaneously supporting Allianz’ Digital by Default priority to capitalize on digital technology to deliver products and services whenever and wherever producers and customers want to receive them.

Project: Salesforce/One CRM: One CRM simplifies operational applications and interfaces and increases producer and client experience through 360 views. It is a multiyear project that helps in the reduction of 33 CSR applications leading to greater operational efficiencies. Accounts, team members and their commission for that Accounts are displayed for Account entry. Leads come for external party as flat file and loaded using assignment rules. LMS (Learning management System) and Priority & Actions are two customized for floating the training requirements and assigning actions respectively by their managers. There is daily batch job run by Informatica for MDM to SFDC like Accounts, Contacts and Products.

Project: Policy Tracker This project supports that by delivering a new feature to allow producers to track all policies (Fixed, Variable and Life) that are in the policy admin systems from application receipt until inforce and commission paid.

Project: Notifications: This project supports that by delivering a digital (online, email, text message) capability that replaces mail and phone calls. It will give them the ability to manage (set-up, modify, remove) notification preferences by opting-in/out of notification for each notification type and choosing filter options, when applicable. Examples include channel (online, email, text), number of days prior to the event the notification should be triggered, frequency of notification and ability to set reminders on notifications. Notifications for lifecycle events (contracts issued, RMD, allocation changes, training availability, commissions paid, etc.)

Worked on several key projects at TDS under different capacities.

Project: Siebel CRM implementation and Order to Cash implementation with OSM (Order and Service Management) and AIA (Application Integration Architecture). Project was done in multiple phases and eventually Siebel CRM was integrated into the AIA and OSM platforms to enable an automated sales order process. Siebel (CRM) captured all ILEC consumer customer orders. The AIA application provided the integration-layer “glue” to pass orders and messages between Siebel and OSM. The OSM application orchestrated the processing of the sales order from Siebel to the appropriate billing (SABRE) and provisioning platforms (MetaSolv and INAT) end-to-end systematically. This project replaced most of the legacy systems used for Order capture, capture information. Worked on Data migration projects and Upgrades to 8.11.7, 8.11.14, Open UI.

Project: Integrated Customer Experience (ICE) and CMS Program enabled any TDS customer to manage their account information and permissions, view their existing products, and see what products they can get in their area or at their location, view trouble ticket status, and chat with TDS employees all via the web. The program provided all TDS customers and prospects with a consistent online experience, decrease calls to sales & support advisors, and enable targeted sales opportunities.
