SUMMARY

* I began my career as a Software Engineer and had successfully delivered two Data Warehouse projects for banks in Indonesia (Bank Mandiri) and Vietnam (Vietcomm Bank). I was assigned a team lead role just after half a year into my role to lead the Business Intelligence reporting team, managing two Software Engineers.

* After several years of technical projects, I went into technology consulting and was an Assistant Manager with Deloitte Consulting. I was involved in a banking PMO project where I compiled the requirements for a core banking replacement project and was advising the client bank on vendor evaluation.I also led the Deposits team and had facilitated the requirement gathering workshops. I had an understanding of the deposit products and regulations such as Anti-Money Laundering Act and Unclaimed Monies.

* I was a project manager for a vendor servicing banks since April 2018 and was in charge of an umbrella of projects for the client to develop digital banking applications. The projects included the mobile and card payment systems, mobile SDK development, and digital banking app development.

* I led development teams varying from 3 to 10 developers, depending on phases of the project. We were using Agile methodology and Atlassian tools. I had led the whole mobile app development process and even managed to pick up knowledge on mobile app coding using Ionic and Android Studio.

* I had also led a sales and proposal process to sell a chat bot for a banking client. The chatbot was architectured by myself. I led the whole process from inception, development to sales of the product. We were able to procure the client, a local Malaysian bank successfully. Page 1 of 6
