Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil (Worley secondee) 2009 – Present Digital Business Lead Analyst/Scrum Master 2017 - present As a core team member of the Upstream Digital Accelerator group in Imperial Oil, I have collected number of high value business use cases on Digital Foundation, Production Optimization, Reliability Improvement, Maintenance and operations effectiveness, and together with other key members solutioned (incubation and execution) using the big data cloud computing, advanced analytics, computer vision, IOT, Digital Twin. Some of the key points of my works are mentioned as below

● Implementing MS Azure Data Lake for unstructured, structured and time series data across plant, mine, and maintenance systems to enable self-serve analytics

● Developing and executing test plans and test cases to make sure that the modules built as part of the complete deliverables are of high quality

● Leading project through gated process to phased releases by prioritizing work with the business owners

● Facilitating user stories/scopes with the development team using the ceremonies of the Scrum Agile framework

● Provided end to end solution to Syncrude Canada for the system upgrade from existing Intergraph based Geospatial System to ESRI based Enterprise System and implemented new functionality based on the client need.

● Designed and optimized the workflow process to automate the business life cycle from request to final delivery of data publication of the custom-built web app

● Initiated planning and implementation of ESRI system on the azure cloud environment and data service from the Azure Data Lake to enable spatiotemporal use cases in the company
