Reconciliation of data after migration. Prepared new dashboard reports to drive business insights and enable decision-making by senior management, designed SOPs for the employees, establishing internal controls including tracking of cost center wise costs, capital costs and project costs, which resulted in cost reduction by 15%. New ERP help reduced the average time taken for a POS machine to generate a retail invoice reduced to 10 seconds from 50 seconds and improved inventory management helped increase the average ticket size by 1.5 times.

In year 2018, Suoervised the implementation of Human Resources Management Software named SPINE HRMS for the same company mentioned above, comprising of 600 employess including payroll database migration.

Spearheaded process improvement efforts to reduce redundant steps and improve productivity by 100 hours per employee on an annual basis.
