The project includes the Design Review, Project Management and Construction Supervision of 370 sites comprising residential buildings, administrative offices, traffic divisions, police stations, drug control units, civil defense centers etc. to be built all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

* Owes a duty of care to protect owners.

* Responsible for inspecting the project once it has been completed.

* Represent the owner and acts as the owner's agent in the preparation.

*Implements project quality plan in conformity to project quality manual and suggest improvement when deficiency is found.

* Monitors and closely supervises the progress or works on a daily basis and immediately rectifies deficiencies where found

* Ensure that only approved materials are used to execute the works.

* Ensures that the most updated and recent versions of approved drawings are applicable on site and the old drawings are to be stamped superseded and withdrawn from the site team.

* Attends all scheduled meetings.

* Initiates NCRs, DTRs, and SI where necessary.

The Electrical and Network & Communication Engineer (Low Current Systems) will be responsible for ensuring that all Electrical & Low current systems designs, drawing and specifications are reviewed and correct prior to and during construction. Produce technical documentation, reviewing all electrical technical documentation, prepared by the contractors, for projects and preparing and implementing electrical engineering work plans in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget. In particular, his main tasks will be:

*Ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the electrical and low current works to meet project objectives.

*Review and closely monitor project schedule and Electrical Systems and low current systems activities.

*Report directly to and transfer the directives of the RE and / or Construction Manager in respect to construction works execution.

*Identify potential issues affecting construction progress and provide direction and solutions as to the means of avoiding and mitigating them.

*Ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the electrical and low current works to meet project objectives.

*Assist in the review of work implementation, design and construction to ensure correct implementation of the project according to design, project specifications, details and standards.

*Ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the electrical and low current works to meet project objectives.

*Monitoring the electrical and low current works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, manufacturer’s instructions and the procedures manual.

*Ability to interpret single-line and / or schematic electrical drawings as well as plans and specifications QA/QC of electrical and low current works.

*Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

*Familiar with Codes and Standards governing construction projects in the K.S.A.
