INTRODUCTION
I am a dynamic and down to earth Ugandan with vast skills and experience in food science, communication, procurement, contract management, Negotiation, Purchasing, team management, Leadership and Production with a mind of better outputs through team work yet ready to learn.
Worked with Ministry of Foreign Affairs full months as an intern in 2014, got an opportunity to work for a five (5) star Hotel in Uganda known as Kampala Serena Hotel and now with Qatar Airways.

Follow HACCP hygiene and quality standards and ensure that all meals which are cooked and handled are produced in accordance to airline specifications and the supervisor instructions.
Pushing in flight cuisine to reflect Qatar Airways five (5) reputation
Prepare, cook, portion using specifications, working under supervision to look after mis-en place.
Assist the main chef and other chefs to in the kitchen in a fast manner.
