SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Choctaw Defense 2019-2020

Developed Choctaw Defense’s first ever Supply Chain Department.

Mentored and developed the talent within the department.

Worked to reassign and promote team members to improve process, efficiency and morale of all team members.

Managed the inventory & receiving to assure compliance and to qualify the product.

Managed the warehouse & inventory thru daily cycle counts, follow-up on the team shipping out finished goods on schedule and ensure all other inventory control processes are being followed.

Worked with Executive Team to branch out more into commercial work by providing cost estimation for multiple production items to potential customers.
