Primary duties: Supervise, operate,troubleshoot and perform maintenance throughout a Naval Nuclear powered submarine. Equipment knowledge covers steam generators/boilers, chilled water systems, condensers, turbine generators, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, nuclear instrumentations and controls, distilling/waste water plants, air compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, measuring devices/gauges, and various pumps and valves.
