I made an important contribution to starting up and commissioning a 100 ton per day, 1500 m/min crescent former (Dcs) machine, (recard, Italy ).

Contributed to the successful start up of a combined virgin and de-inking plant systems, complete stock preparation plant is Automated and controlled by DCS System (Allen Bradly) supplied by comer, Italy.

Sole project team leader in the commissioning of the Di Inking and Virgin line including water & ETP. Treatment plant, ensuring all parameters of both plant equipment and water clarification where met for sole reuse and discharge to the municipal sewerage plant.

Fully responsible for the entire Di inking with virgin stock and papermaking facility until finishing house.
