As an QA/QC engineer maintaining and monitoring of various projects.

According to customer requirements alternating voltage regulators, excitation panels, relays, LT & HT panels, GCRP panels and Battery charger panels to be testing.

Checking drawing and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.

Ensuring the materials are used as per the Bill of Material.

Testing of internal relay cards,control panel,pcb circuits.

Preparing daily QA/QC report regarding inspections,material,Non conformance as per the IEC Standards.

and also preparing weekly surveillance reports,non-conformance reportsand verificationof corrective actions.

Testing and creating standard inspection reports of manufactured product like battery chargers and other panels.

Assist/coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QA/QC documents,testing and commissioning report etc.

Handled the commissioning and synchroning work of excitation control panel uses in Navy Ships of Central Government Projects in “HINDUSTAN SHIPYARD Ltd,Vishakaptnam”,”NAVAL DOCKYARD MUMBAI”.
