Lead large teams in network infrastructure projects, to determine requirements, develop, test, and deploy various projects including infrastructure upgrades, system upgrades, and application development on time and within budget. Planned the required work, assigned deliverables to team members, prepared timelines, budgets, and status reports. Chaired meetings to discuss team status, issues, and action plans. Chaired meetings to advise upper management of progress, issues, and resolution proposals.
Senior Project Manager, the SunLife Assurance Company 2008-2010
Lead teams to undertake various projects such as the introduction of optical character recognition, converting paper records to on-line resources, retiring documentation. Prepared plans, timelines, selected team members, presented budgets and status reports.

Entered the company as a Junior Clerk, and advanced through to Associate 2nd Level Manager.
Clerical Duties: included undertaking statistical analyses, managing equipment installation, and engineering equipment provisioning and installation
1st Level Manager: prepared detailed documentation to advise support teams with respect to what new equipment was intended to do, how it worked, how to install, use, and maintain it. Documentation detailed what teams were required to do to maintain/repair the equipment, and how to report incidents
2nd Level Manager: New System Introduction: lead extended multi-location and multi-vendor team to analyse, configure, install, test, and conduct a pilot roll-out of a brand-new system to manage network assets.
2nd Level Manager: New Technology Introduction: lead specialized team to unearth potential technologies which could enhance the network and its products. Introduced the IPTV service to the network vial leading lab development and testing, marketing strategy development, and roll-out.
