Well versed Knowledge in NFPA, Life Safety Codes and Civil defense building codes and standards.

Able to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of electrical works related to all FM contracts, including both management of the site supervision team as well as the service providers, and other appropriate specialties.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2007-2011).

Membership in MEFMA and IFMA.

Software Packages: Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel & Outlook Express.

Technical Software’s: PLC, AutoCAD, BMS Software, PM Web.

Good Knowledge of international standard like ISO, BS, ASHRAE & QCS 2014

Certificate in First Aid Training Johnson and Johnson.

Presently working in Qatar Star Services as Facility Engineer from Aug 2018 to till date (Qatar).

Worked as Facility Engineer under Farnek Services LLC DUBAI.

Project: - Dubai park and Resorts and Dubai Mall from Aug 2016 to April 2018.

Worked as Facility Engineer in Sodexo Technical Services Ltd.

Project: -APARNA Villas, GOA (India) from Aug 2011 to July 2016.

1.Responsible for implementing the operational service delivery plans for MEP services, to ensure a safe, high quality, efficient, and reliable environment is provided and maintained for all users (client employees, visitors, contractors, service providers and facilities management staff).

2.Deep knowledge in Electrical (HVAC, Plumbing, ACB, VFD’s, Generator, Star delta control Wiring Diagram, and Load calculation).

9.Managing and monitor facilities management contractor performance for PPM and reactive works against SLA's and KPI's

10.Developing consistently the customer experience and understanding of client requirements by building and developing stakeholder relationships.

11.Preparing works specifications and tender or quotation documents, in liaison with the commercial team.

12.Inspecting and monitoring contractor quality control program. Preparing client monthly report, review and interrogate contractor monthly reports.

13.Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

14.Determine root cause analysis of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerance, or processing methods.

15.Ensure all regulatory obligations relating to carrying out operational duties are completed in consultation with the environmental manager as required by the relevant certificates, regulation or permit.

16.Maintained working relationship with field crews, contractors, vendors, outside agencies, excellent supervisory experience, including setting goals and objectives, Project development, work Planning and organization, budget monitoring and cost control.

17.Provide support Data & Maintaining Reports for chilled water system, BMS System/Lighting/Fire alarm and MEP management review.

18.Interacting system in our call center, contracts, technician, security, soft services, reception services, Portfolio Managers, Health club and other facility maintenance coordinator in the building.
