Help Desk Executive (Property in Charge).
Maintenance of the property: To ensure and keep the property in a safe and habitable condition. Responsible for the physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs. • Performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition.
Responsibilities towards tenants: Managing tenants is a core responsibility and they are involved in all areas, such as conduct site visit with potential clients and portray the array of services provided by the company. • Answer the queries of the clients generated via the property ﬁnder and arrange a site visits. Handling Leases: It includes arranging an appointment with the leasing team to obtain all the required documents to sign the lease agreement within the stipulated time to close the deal. Handling Move-In: When a tenant moves in, ensure all the necessary documents are properly submitted and ﬁlled by the tenant before handing over the apartment keys.
Supervising Responsibilities: Supervise the employees in the property, such as a housekeeping team, security personnel and landscaping team responsible for making sure they are doing their job.
Maintaining Records: Keep thorough records of the property. It includes all income and expenses; a list of all inspections, signed leases, maintenance requests, any complaints, Etc.
