HR GENERALIST, CM MANAGEMENT

Ensure accuracy of employee data including new employee information, tracking and updating existing employee changes.

Provide employee relations support as appropriate including; facilitating coaching meetings either one-on-one or small groups, supporting department onboarding efforts and career objectives.
