Duties include: Reading blue prints, build rigging for heavy lifts/Set up crawler crane to detail, position mod in place, rig mod, hoist mod and land on connection plates or piles. Welding mod to pile caps and bolt up plate connections. Stick build/organize steel to blue print detail and place on dunnage for erection. Stand columns using tandem pick, connected inner connects. Working at heights/flying and connecting grits, purlins and beams. Bolt up and torque up.
