Implementation and Installation process to upgrade IBM Maximo development environment.

Responsibilities :

Worked on Module/BO/Queries/Forms/Smart Section/Locator Fields/State Transition/List/Portal/Navigation/Classification/Associations/Contact Roles.

Created and Added the Role based security to the Security Group.

Knowledge of Tririga back-end (Database) and WebSphere Administrator Console. .

Tririga Upgrade Process (i.e. - 10.3.1 to 10.5.2) and experience in dealing with customization done by user in this Upgrade Process.

Setup and configured BIRT environment with Tririga.

Responsibilities:

Indepth functional understanding of Tririga RE module and lease accounting .

Knowledge on how TRRIGA SaaS can be configured and setup on IBM Cloud environment.

Hands on experience on lease administration process, understand payment schedules in TRIRIGA setup and are complaint with lease terms. ``

Basic understanding of US GAAP and FASB lease treatment.
