Contributed to the success of a major acquisition project for the Insurance arm of LBG (Scottish Widows), this included managing all the HR data requirements for the 1,500 TUPE’ed colleagues and its migration to Lloyd’s HR systems. Reviewed all the Zurich AS-IS operations pensions and investment processes and updated them with new TO BE processes to allow integration with LBG’s FNZ and PEGA Platform while adhering to LBG’s policies and guidelines. This resulted in ensuring they were able to legally separate systems and are now well on the way to technical separation.

Role: Senior Business Analyst Sept 2015 - Nov 2017

I orchestrated the roll out of a new collaboration tool called Jive, we analysed various AS-IS processes of Lloyd’s business areas and recommended effective solutions which would drive the onboarding of users and utilisation of the tool to meet the project objectives of cultural change. I conducted muliple workshops, oversaw a series of planned releases, and enforced end-to-end controls for compliance with EU GDPR. This resulted in a 90,000 plus user rollout which ended with our team being recognised for exceeding industry benchmarks in terms of utilisation and engagement.

Other Highlights:

Developed new financial reconciliation processes that enhanced the current audit checks for all monies in & out

Created a framework for the on-boarding of new user groups to Jive; coached 100,000+ users


Role: Lead Business Analyst July 2014 - Sept 2015

I steered change programmes and medium-size projects; gathered requirements, drafted functional requirements, and managed various process changes as part of the Innovation team. Coordinated with IT engagement managers and other stakeholders to deliver this programme of change using a flexible agile methodology.
