Working Period - (Dec 2014- Until now) – 5years and 4 months

PU flexible foam production in continuous and dis-continuous production of density varying from 10 to 50 kg/m3 and also complete support in development of re-bounded production.

Preparation of formulations and chemicals for foam production as per the customer requirements.

Production scheduling & planning along with the planning department as needed for the customers and also cost effective.

Evaluate & execute appropriate data as per lean techniques to identify the problems, optimization and troubleshoot.

Cost reduction by maximization of yield by reducing the scrap and optimization of production process.

Estimating the costs as per quality standards of departmental budget including cost control.

Maintenance and preparation of daily production report, daily stock report and also responsible for selection & maintenance of equipment.

Review & checking of all process piping, pumps, compressors, valves, process parameter, process control, flow meters and all the basic process equipment used for the production.

Maintenance of stock in chemicals, materials & miscellaneous in inventory management stock (IMS) for the production.

Production manpower management and providing proper training to labours to handle the chemicals and work in the shop floor.

Accurately worked within the provisions and guidelines of the Company Quality Assurance System or that relevant to the process.

Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed along with the safety dept.

Maintaining the basic engineering activities along with mechanical & electrical dept for development and maintenance of process plant.

- Designed & implemented flat max technology along with the mechanical dept without the machine suppliers and reduce the scrap by overall of maximum 10% in low density foam.

Process of handling the manufacturing API products as per PDS/BMR/BPR and responsible for documentation of process records, equipment records, cleaning records and batch movement.

Conversant with operations of various API manufacturing equipment like reactors, centrifuges, driers, filters, etc.
