Projects:

1.Did Market Research for a client as a project not included in course. Provided with suggestions for the problems faced by them and skilled team-management, leadership and communication skills.

2.Did protein isolation, purification and expression in bacterial cells using pFU plasmid vector. Performed Bradford’s test for determining the concentration of protein and SDS-PAGE for determining protein in the sample.

3.Presented on Necrotizing Fascitis during graduation. Did a literature review about the disease occurrence, symptoms and discovered treatment methods for the disease?

4.Presented on HIV protease inhibitors during graduation. Did a literature review about the disease and drugs developed for the treatment of disease. Stages in the development of drugs from finding the lead compound to its modifications and Pharmacokinetic properties of the drug.

5.Prepared project on medical devices in which we compared two different medical devices and prepared a report and presentation for Clinical Biochemistry. This was to study Point of care testing, in-home use tests and, lab use tests.
