Coordinating and liaising with the brand & Mall management if they required any materials like for example for the hoarding, outdoor campaign etc. III. Event, Activities & others

a). In charge of sale period or any promotion must be prepared very well in advance b). Preparing a layout for advertisement and handed over to the PRO c). All artworks/visuals coordinate & liaise with the graphic designers d). In charge of any marketing materials & collaterals which to be done locally with the supplier

e). All artworks/visual/designs must be approved by the brand as well as managers f). In charge of advertising plan towards local newspaper must be approved by managers g). Outdoor advertising campaign and coordinating with the PRO for the permit as well as mall management

h). In charge of Event like opening of the store like ex. In Lagoona Mall, MOQ coordinating with the brand as per their event guideline as well as liaise with Mall management i). Preparing Purchase Order LPO for all the transactions either local or international g). All receivables invoices from local supplier + internal supplier + print media have to be checked & verified as per transaction made

h). Preparing the lists of the supplier for payments including invoice no + projects + total amount and send across to the accounts

i). All the transaction made have to have our own proof of copy and compile them including newspaper + magazines + LPO + invoices with supporting documents + hard copies for artwork etc.
