Project Objective – This project is for enhancement of an Insurance product package OpenHealth+ or OH+, used for end-to-end Non-US Expat Health insurance business for Aetna International and its newly acquired insurance company Interglobal Inc. for Americas, Europe, South East Asia and Middle East regions. This includes enhancing the OH+ application to support the regulatory, regional and desired business needs in following functional areas of an International health insurer – Plan, Product and benefits, Individual & Group policy, Underwriting, Actuarial, Cash Receipting and Broker Commission payments, Claims processing, Compliance, Legal and Customer service. This includes enhancing the OH+ application to support the client’s new legal entity setup in the system as per the change in their global structuring with their latest acquisition of Interglobal (UK) and their fronting partners for business in Kuwait, Dubai, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong and Africa regions. Enhancements include creation of new screen, migration of policies from multiple markets across the world to Aetna International.
