Oversee and execute Phase I ESA for several major water/wastewater infrastructure improvement projects concurrently in accordance with ASTM E1527-13.

Spearhead project quality assurance (QA) review and quality control (QC) reviews for environmental vendor deliverables and assisting with budgeting.

Manage and provide technical assistance for the development of client permit data needs, and execution of environmental permits including Environmental Assessment under State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA)/City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) requirements, and leveraging technology to monitor and coordinate with federal agencies such as the USACE; USFWS, State agencies such as NYSDEC and local municipalities.
