Job Responsibilities:

Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.

Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.

Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management.

I worked at King Abdul Aziz Road near Haramain Train Station Makkah in Rasiyat Advance Group and they are Sub Contractors of NESMA AND PARTNERS. Umm Al Qura Development & Construction and KEO International Consultants are clients of this Project. In this project Manpower is 4000. The scope of work includes 9.5 kilometers of roads, a 60 meters wide pedestrian boulevard, public realm, street furniture, retail facilities, landscape and hardscape, 4 multi-story public parking structures, bridges, overpasses, underpasses, highway structures, retaining walls, bus rapid transit (BRT) facilities/infrastructure, metro stations and lines (core and shell) and utilities including water distribution and collection systems, firefighting system, storm drainage system, electrical, mechanical and telecommunication networks. There are seven sites in this Project. I am HSE OFFICER of one site where approximately 70 to 60 workers work in day shift. My Job responsibilities are following.

Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.

Application of programs to remove the hazards from the work place and to correct unsafe work practices.

Make sure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being used in workplaces according to

regulations.

Develop all Safety procedures, Risk Assessments, Safety inspections as per Client standards.

Make sure that dangerous materials are correctly stored.

Identify and test work areas for potential accident and health hazards and implement appropriate

control measures.

Daily routine check on site lifting Elevated and Hot works activities.

Assure that the work permit procedure followed by all sub-contractors in order.

Help supervise the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible

causes and recommend remedial action.

Inspect and test machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations.

Site safety rules continuous monitoring at all the activities.
