As operations manager over two sites, there were many tasks involved. The supervision of seventeen employee’s ranging from delivery drivers to on site personnel to customer service reps. Tasks also were to handle AR and AP issues as they arise, approve invoices for payment.

Customer Service Rep - Motion Industries 401 Zoo Parkway, Jacksonville FL 32226

Duties included handling customers order and questions. Customer placed order thru several different means i.e. EDI, phone, email and walk in. Product identification was another task, this was helping the customer determine what part would work best.

Warehouse Supervisor – Motion Industries 401 Zoo Parkway, Jacksonville FL 32226

Duties included but where not limited to receiving in goods and shipping out product on a daily basis, i.e. UPS, freight trucks etc. Duties also included scheduling routes as needed for the delivery drivers.

Duties include, receiving of all incoming material and verifying the correctness of the inventory, entering it into SAP and issuing to the correct job or location in warehouse. I handle inventory adjustments and yearly physical inventory. I handle all shipping documents, which include making outbound shipment papers, bill of ladings, and customs papers.

Master Scheduler/ Shipper – Mayflower Vehicle Systems, CVG Inc 60581 State Rt 7 Shadyside OH 43947

Responsibilities included taking orders from customers, placing orders for raw material, scheduling press lines and personnel for three shifts, and tracking of parts from raw material to the shipping dock. We have the just in time shipping. Duties also included assisting with implementation of engineering changes and PPAP of new parts. New part implementation of a new cab line for Mack Truck in Kings Mountain, NC consisting of over 100 dies. Also new truck line for Mack in Norwalk, OH. Taking dies in, scheduling for PPAP run and die shop service. I am also handling the shipping department on third shift, which includes scheduling of trucks and loads, and controlling shipping documents.

Supervisor – Mayflower Vehicle Systems, Inc., 3100 MacCorkle Ave., South Charleston, WV 25303 Responsibilities included supervision of 90 hourly employees, motivation and discipline of employees, rotated shifts, inventory control, Kanban system, meeting customer requirements, assisting with engineering changes, working on continuous improvement opportunities, determining and applying corrective and preventive actions, and working with other departments in meeting the department objectives and goals. Supervised a class A surface part line for the GM liftgates.

Internal ISO/QS/TS Auditor – Mayflower Vehicle Systems, Inc., Responsible for planning and conducting internal audits to provide evidence of compliance to those stated requirements and to locate opportunities for improvements, train new auditors, and to present this information to senior management. Requirements for this position were to take and pass the internal auditor class and the “Core Tools” class.
