Provided engineering support for a biological tissue product line that the business had been trying to enhance since 2005. Worked with a vendor to design and secure, safe production equipment capable of making the product enhancement possible.
Updated quality control document and performed IQ, OQ, PQ and validation for product enhancement projects.
Provided AutoCAD drafting support needed for facility changes and product enhancements.
Updated PFMEA documents to address severity, occurrence and detection. Associated the risk involved with each processing step to determining proper mitigation and testing parameters for various projects.
Used MS Project to develop timelines for the scheduling and completion of projects.

Participated in the evaluation of a client’s facility. Delivered costs estimates and recommendations to convert the facility to a ready to eat, grain processing facility.
