Provided engineering support for a biological tissue product line that the business had been trying to enhance since 2005. Worked with a vendor to design and secure, safe production equipment capable of making the product enhancement possible.

Updated quality control document and performed IQ, OQ, PQ and validation for product enhancement projects.

Provided AutoCAD drafting support needed for facility changes and product enhancements.

Updated PFMEA documents to address severity, occurrence and detection. Associated the risk involved with each processing step to determining proper mitigation and testing parameters for various projects.

Managed capital budgets and engineering oversight for capital & continuous improvement projects for multiple manufacturing facilities ranging in scope from $18k up to $23MM.
