Worked as a fabrication engineer in HVC for a period of 8 months in designing and development. Gained a hands-on experience in overall design, analysis and fabrication.

Adjustable four bar mechanism - Designed using ADAMS software where we get different outputs from a single four bar mechanism and also manufactured the model for presentation.
Modelling of a turbine spline shaft for different applications - Designed turbine spline shaft using Solid works also did analysis for different applications by varying loads and product is fabricated using casting.
Railway Reservation System - Computed and executed code using OOPS through Java for how a railway reservation system works.
Effects of Burnishing Parameters on Fatigue Strength - By using different burnishing parameters with Taguchi analysis we found the significant difference between effective parameters of burnished and unburnished models also compared which is efficient for different applications.
Ultrasonic Assisted Grinding -The whole model is designed using Catia-V5 and analyzed using ANSYS 19.2 on varying different frequencies and loads. Now jigs and fixtures for work holding purpose is designed based on analysis data.
Fracture Properties of Thermoplastic Composites Manufactured Using Additive Manufacturing - Here fracture properties of 3D printed thermoplastic components were studied by performing tensile test and then analyzing the fractured specimens via Scanning electron microscope and the results are compared with the existing theoretical values.
Mechanical Evaluation of PETG and PETG Reinforced with carbon fiber by fused deposition modelling - After the reinforcement of carbon fiber in to PETG their mechanical properties are compared, and data is collected based on it by which I came to a conclusion of best material for varies applications.
Constructing Stream Turbines: Explored construction and operational features of Stream Turbines. Examined raw materials which are used for constructing Stream Turbines. (Internships and Projects at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited).
Design and Analysis of Gothic Profile with respect to Ball in intermediate steering shaft: Design the four- point angle contact gothic groove w.r.t ball is done for Intermediate shaft. Calculating Radial paly, sliding forces and simulation using ADAMS. Radial paly simulation by using Catia V5, AutoCAD. ACHIEVEMENTS
